JUSTIN BEATTIE

Justin is a San Diego North County commercial real estate specialist based in Carlsbad since 2002. He has a broad range of experience across all of the North County submarkets, with particularly strong expertise representing building purchasers and sellers. In addition to Justin’s extensive market knowledge, clients benefit from his attention to detail, focus on putting their best interest first, relentless work ethic and strategic approach to negotiating deals. In his past life with a large, corporate firm, Justin earned various distinctions including multiple Top Producers designations, Rookie of the Year and a Rising Star award.
