ROBERT RYAN

Robert has lived and worked in North county San Diego since 1992 and has also maintained a strong commercial real estate presence in Southwest Riverside County. He lived in unincorporated Temecula in the mid-eighties prior to its getting their “first stoplight.“

 

With more than twenty years of experience in commercial construction, building class A office, industrial / R&D facilities, and medical office buildings, his expertise brings a unique and valuable service to his core client base of developers, owner users and medical professionals who understand the benefits of owning their building or office condo. Robert fully understands the complete commercial real estate process from the initial land search and selection, project entitlement, design-build, strategic pre-leasing or pre-sales, all with the client’s financial objectives and ultimate desired property disposition in mind.

 

Prior to joining Palomar Commercial, Robert served as Vice President of Colliers International as well as Coldwell Banker Commercial ALMAR Group.

 

Robert is excited about bringing his client-focused dedication and commitment, to Palomar Commercial whose principals align with his same philosophy.

 

Robert received his Bachelor of Science business degree from Indiana University and his MBA from Indiana Central Business College.  He is also a current member of NAIOP San Diego and NAIOP SoCal.

 

Robert resides in Carlsbad and enjoys golf, tennis and time at the beach. He has two sons Tim and Matt. Matt is currently living with his wife, son and daughter in Bali.
